Zecoro had been woken up from his nap after hearing Butterscotch disrobe and speaking to himself on the other side of the tree.  It was a hot day, so he had decided to cool off by the river. Mere coincidence had placed both ponies at the same spot.

“What is this I see?  Someone has joined me under this tree,” Zecoro softly spoke, causing Butterscotch to tense up in surprise.  Too caught up with trying to get dry, he never noticed the Zebra quietly relaxing right behind him. Getting up, he took the few steps it took to close the distance between them, leaning a hoof against the tree and smiling down at Butterscotch, his loincloth shifting back and forth in the gentle breeze and pressing up against his noticeable bulge.

The closer proximity only made the yellow Pegasus sink even further into his bashful shell. Sure, the Zebra had established himself as friendly, but Scotch was more often than not the hesitant type anyway. Quirking an eye, Zecoro extended a hoof to help him to his feet. “My yellow friend, why so shy? Surely, there are no ghosts nearby? “ Shaking his head quickly, the other male pointed up into the tree. “I..I fell into the river.” He murmured, scuffing a hoof over the ground. Indeed, his mane and coat were still slightly damp, though everything seemed to be close to wearable again.

Nodding sagely, Zecoro just reached up, taking the simple clothes from the branch. He reached into a pouch around his neck, sprinkling a bit of crushed herb into them. “Worry not a lick, we’ll have you ready to go in just a tic.” He purported the light blue leaves had moisture wicking properties, and they did. What Scotch would find out later though is that they were a powerful aphrodisiac as well. Even Zebras liked to pull pranks occasionally! Tucking a hoof over the yellow pegasus’ shoulders, the stallion smiled. “And feel free anytime to come visit my shack, the visitor’s list is far from packed.”

“U..uhm…thank you..” Butterscotch nodded, returning the embrace softly before pulling back. His clothes were dry now, so he quickly pulled them on, looking forward to getting home and having a warm bath. “No problemo~” Zecoro grinned, leaning forward to push their muzzles together without any warning out, his tongue sliding forward to wrap around the shy pony’s, holding their deep kiss for a few seconds before winking and trotting off. Turning bright red, the hue shone through his coat completely, and he stumbled backwards, tripping over a root and falling right back into the river, water splashing up as he frightened away several fish who had been lazily hanging around where the current slowed down. Sighing, he climbed out and hung his clothes up again, resuming his spot against the tree. “So much for that.”

I figured Zecoro’s undergarment of choice would be the simple loincloth.  Yes, it is the default when you think tribal style, but if it works, why not.  I didn’t exactly look up a Zecoro reference and sort of designed him on the fly, so it might not be exactly what other artists have interpreted him as.  I also sort of rushed on the background, really don’t like drawing em, but they’re so nice to have.  Also, props to Blitz for writing up the mini story to go with the picture.

The scheduled downpour was set to last at least few days, which gave Rainbow Blitz plenty of time to catch up on all the latest issues of his favorite comic and book series, “The Adventures of Daring Dude”.

I always figured Rainbow Blitz would be the type of guy to just lounge around in his underwear reading comic books and adventure stories when he’s not training.  Blitz struck me as a sport boxer-brief wearing dude, since he’s got the whole athlete thing, but with a bit of fan-boy-ism mixed in the Wonderbolt design.

I drew a pic of Rainbow Blitz shaking his butt in a pair of boxer-briefs.  Why?  I dunno, just felt like it I guess.  I’m having an art crisis when it’s coming to coloring, shading, and setting stuff on another pic, so I thought I’d take a break and do something easier.  Also, there aren’t a lot of pics with this type of underclothing.  It’s usually something skimpy and lacy, of which I’m actually not that big a fan of.
